Community Groups
Our community group model is designed to be a practical application of the “one another” commands in the New Testament. They’re an opportunity for individuals and families to go deeper into relationship with each other, and offer a time every week to come together for prayer, Bible study, meals, and fellowship. Community groups foster friendship and spiritual growth.
Our Rooted community groups meet on a weekly basis and at various times and days throughout the week. We meet all over the city in the homes of the group members. We can find a group that fits your schedule and location needs!
Rooted Kids & Youth
Nursery
Our Nursery Ministry provides a safe, loving, Christ-honoring environment for children ages 3 and under to receive care during our Sunday morning service. This allows parents to participate in our worship services without distraction.
Nursery opens at 10:00am for our 10:30am worship service. Feel free to drop off your children and join us in the gym for fellowship before the service begins!
Rooted Kids
Rooted Kids is a ministry to help children see Jesus through all of the Scriptures, learning that the story of the Bible is the story of Jesus. They learn Christ-centered principles to help them grow in their understanding of and love for Jesus.
Rooted Kids is for children ages 4 through 10 and classes are divided into:
4-7 year olds
8-10 year olds
Rooted Kids currently meets on the second and fourth Sundays of each month. They join their families in the gym for the main worship service at 10:30am. Just prior to the sermon, the kids are escorted by the Rooted Kids leaders to their classrooms for age-appropriate teaching and activities.
Rooted Youth
Our Rooted Student Ministries exists to teach our youth the Biblical narrative of the Gospel and instill a Christian worldview that expands to every major area of thought and life. We do this through bi-weekly meetings for times of teaching and fellowship. Our goal is to create disciples of Jesus Christ through our student ministry.
Rooted Men’s & Women’s Ministries
Our Women’s Ministry exists to encourage women to love Jesus and each other. We do this through regular Bible study, events throughout the year, and through formal and informal mentoring programs.
Men’s Ministry is eager to grow men who seek to know and obey God's Word while helping one another grow into the men God desires us to be. We meet monthly for breakfast and devotions as well as various service projects for people in our church and our community.
